STOP AT THE INTERSECTION WITH THE NORTHBOUND BRANCH OF MARKET ST (APPROXIMATE GPS 33.712400, -87.375650). DIRECTIONAL BORING TO INSTALL UNDERGROUND TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONDUIT AT APPROXIMATELY 36 INCHES DEEP.
