START AT THE INTERSECTION OF OAKMAN-PARRISH RD AND COBB ST/PLANT ST (APPROXIMATE GPS 33.711230, -87.380280)--LOCATE AND MARK BOTH SIDES OF OAKMAN-PARRISH RD (SHOWN AS MARKET ST ON THE PROJECT PLAN) FOR APPROXIMATELY 100FT EAST ALONG THE ROAD; STOP AT THE INTERSECTION WITH DAY HILL RD (APPROXIMATE GPS 33.711200, -87.379980). DIRECTIONAL BORING TO INSTALL UNDERGROUND TELECOMMUNICATIONS CONDUIT AT APPROXIMATELY 36 INCHES DEEP.
